For the past twelve years, I have been helping people rent, buy, and sell homes in areas like Carpinteria, Montecito, and more in Santa Barbara County, CA. With a degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB 2000) and a CPA license (2003), I have a thorough understanding of the Santa Barbara real estate market and know what it takes to champion a client’s needs.

Carpinteria’s laid-back, friendly community has plenty of events year-round such as the California Avocado Festival, Rods & Roses Car Show, summer movies in the park, as well as active social groups and charities including Rotary, Lions Club, Carpinteria Photography Club, and more! With a vibrant, walkable downtown, it’s easy to stay involved and active in the community.

Recreation

With miles of scenic coastal trails and sandy beaches, Carpinteria offers hiking, cycling, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and more! During the summer, SUPs and kayaks are available for hourly rental at the Ash Avenue beach entrance, and beach cruisers are available for rental year-round at Gonzo Cycles downtown on Carpinteria Avenue!

Food & Drink

There’s plenty of good eats, coffee shops, and breweries throughout downtown Carpinteria. Enjoy an açaí bowl over coffee at Lucky Llama, grab a chili burger at The Spot, or enjoy the sea breeze over a pint of avocado honey ale at local favorite Island Brewing Company. Sweet things more your taste? Rori’s Creamery offers locally made ice cream while Robitaille's Fine Candies has a delicious treat for everyone!
