Sarah Aresco Smith
Licensed Realtor working in Carpinteria, California
As a third generation Carpinterian I have strong roots and deep connections to this community. It is my joy to help my clients buy a home in this valley and find a place to put down roots and plant their own seeds. I believe great business starts with relationships and I pride myself on building honest and long lasting relationships with each of my clients.
For the past twelve years, I have been helping people rent, buy, and sell homes in areas like Carpinteria, Montecito, and more in Santa Barbara County, CA. With a degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB 2000) and a CPA license (2003), I have a thorough understanding of the Santa Barbara real estate market and know what it takes to champion a client’s needs.
Whether you are renting a beach house or endeavoring to build your dream house on a piece of land, I can promise you no one will work harder or advocate for you more than me!
